Oven for Mixing Unit 40
The dosing and mixing systems of the Mixing Unit 40 (MU40) series are typically supplied by external bulk storage or line tanks. Whenever the production process requires the use of raw materials supplied directly in drums (such as special batches or specific polyol formulations), our single drum heating oven provides a reliable solution.
This self-contained system allows users to house, temperature-control, and pump the component directly from the shipping drum to the dosing line, ensuring that the correct material viscosity parameters are maintained.
- Insulated Heating Chamber: Single cabinet-style structure with thermal insulation, engineered to accommodate a standard drum. The system ensures uniform heat distribution to raise and maintain the polyol at its optimal process temperature.
- Integrated Pumping Unit: Equipped with an on-board transfer pump tailored to polyol viscosities, allowing direct extraction and steady feeding to the Mixing Unit 40.
- Dedicated Suction Lance: Complete with flexible hoses and quick-connection systems to simplify the replacement of empty drums and minimize machine downtime.
- Control and Temperature Regulation Panel: Integrated electrical enclosure for setting and constantly monitoring the internal temperature, safeguarding the chemical-physical stability of the polymer.
- Compact Layout: The floor-mounted monobloc design minimizes the footprint within the production department, allowing for placement in continuity with the MIXINGUNIT.
