This mixer features a fully insulated horizontal vessel (with U-bottom geometry) and an integrated heating jacket to guarantee precise and uniform temperature control via electric heating elements (resistances).
- Motorized Dumping Assembly (Ribaltabile): The entire horizontal cradle body can be mechanically rotated and turned upside down. This allows the operator to empty the highly viscous mixture quickly, ensuring complete gravity-assisted drainage and accelerating washdown cycles.
- Heavy-Duty Horizontal Agitator Unit: Equipped with a robust internal horizontal mixing shaft driven by a high-torque electric gearmotor, specifically engineered to continuously fold and blend dense materials without mechanical stress.
- Safety Enclosure Grate: Features a hinged wire mesh safety guard over the wide top opening of the cradle chamber to protect operators during raw material loading or inspection while the mixing blades are in motion.
- Total Product Discharge: The reliable mechanical emptying action combined with the horizontal shape of the vessel allows for rapid, clean, and complete discharge of even the thickest wax batches.
