Designed to prevent material solidification and preserve product properties, this system ensures a constant, uniform supply of liquid raw materials to downstream mixing and dosing lines.
Multi-Tank Thermal Management & Automated Process Controls
The plant comprises a battery of insulated stainless steel storage tanks equipped with independent heating systems (electric resistances or hot oil/water circuits).
The entire process is automated via an intuitive Siemens Simatic HMI touchscreen synoptic panel, allowing operators to monitor real-time temperatures and level sensors.
A network of heated and insulated distribution manifolds, automated pneumatic valves, and transfer pumps manages the temperature-controlled routing of materials to specific mixing and dosing stations.
