Ball refining plant
Our ball refining systems are designed for the refining of creams, chocolate and surrogate for pastry and ice cream, with at least 30% fat in the recipe. Production capacity from 25 to 250 kg/h depending on the version. We guarantee maximum attention in the treatment and handling of the products, thanks to the entirely stainless steel construction of the plant and a constant product heating system along the whole production line.
