Our products are equipped with the best safety systems for operators and all the certificates required by these types of machinery (ATEX, PED, 4.0 etc.).

We design and manufacture pressure tanks and pipes, in compliance with regulation 2014/68/EU (PED), with:

• Structural calculations according to ISPESL VSR collection, regulation 13445 or other applicable European regulations
• Use of materials compliant with ISPESL collection M or harmonized European standards
• Construction carried out by qualified welders in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1
• Any material tests and destructive or non-destructive tests
• Application and management of the practice with the notified body, where necessary
• Testing carried out by our qualified and certified operators, in the presence of a notified body where applicable.
• Release of declaration of conformity and instruction manual

We design and manufacture equipment and systems in compliance with Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX – Equipment intended for use in explosive atmospheres) and with DPR 126/98 with:

• Use and maintenance manual
• Identification plate
• Technical dossier
• CE marking

All our machines and systems can be configured and certified, upon request, according to Industry 4.0 parameters.
This technology enables a two-way dialogue between the machinery and the office, allowing the process parameters to be changed remotely and to have feedback from the sensors, any alarms and processing histories directly on the office PCs, also integrated into management software (ERP).
