In the polyurethane and industrial polymer processing industries, maintaining raw materials at the correct process temperature is essential to regulate viscosity and ensure chemical stability. We design and manufacture industrial heating and temperature-control ovens for 4 drums, specifically engineered for the thermal treatment of polyol, isocyanate, resins, and chemical additives prior to the dosing or foaming phases.
The system is developed to provide uniform thermal control while optimizing the logistical handling of drums within production departments.
- Capacity and Insulated Structure: Internal chamber sized to accommodate up to 4 standard drums simultaneously. High-thickness thermal insulation on the walls minimizes energy consumption and maintains a steady internal temperature.
- Dedicated Drum Trolleys: The system includes heavy-duty wheeled handling trolleys designed to support the drums. The oven’s internal layout and access design allow for quick, safe insertion and removal of the trolleys, reducing manual operator effort.
- Integrated Control Panel: On-board electrical enclosure for automated thermal cycle management, complete with a digital temperature controller to set and constantly monitor the operating temperature.
- Uniform Heat Distribution: Features forced air circulation or armored heating elements to prevent thermal gradients inside the chamber, ensuring that the entire volume of polyol or isocyanate is heated homogeneously.
