PVC Granule Mixers
In the plastics processing and bulk solids handling sectors, mixture homogeneity is a critical factor for final product quality. We design and manufacture industrial stainless steel vertical mixers specifically engineered for the storage, homogenization, and mixing of large batches of PVC (rigid and plasticized), TPU, virgin and regrind polymers, masterbatches, and additives.
Our vertical auger technology ensures rapid, gentle, and perfectly uniform mixing, optimizing cycle times and eliminating contamination risks.
Our mixing systems are developed to withstand intensive duty cycles and ensure maximum efficiency:
- All-Stainless Steel Construction: Offers maximum resistance to corrosion and abrasive wear, as well as ease of cleaning during production or color changes.
- Optimized Geometry and Vertical Auger: The conical-bottom design facilitates material flow toward the central auger, which lifts the product and distributes it in a “shower” pattern over the top, ensuring perfect, continuous recirculation.
- Integrated Loading and Dosing Systems: Each mixer is paired with floor-level feed stations or hoppers featuring dedicated drive systems to facilitate material loading and dosing.
- Manways and Inspection Ports: Strategically positioned on the conical and cylindrical sections to allow for immediate visual inspection and quick, safe maintenance.
- Modularity and In-Line Configuration: Can be installed in banks (as shown in our installations) for the simultaneous handling of different formulations or for buffer storage prior to extrusion or molding.
