Safety and performance are seamlessly integrated into the core engineering of our column mixers. To guarantee a hazard-free working environment, each unit is equipped with advanced safety devices: - No-Container Start Prevention: The machine is electronically barred from starting if a container is not properly positioned in the mixing zone.
- Fully Enclosed Lid Activation: The automated lifting head features a secure tank lid or a complete safety cage. The high-torque electric motor will only engage when the lid is 100% sealed and down against the presence-detected container, instantly cutting power if lifted during operation.
- To tackle demanding or viscous formulations, our mixers can be configured with two specialized impeller technologies:
- Marine Propellers (Eliche Marine): Ideal for standard low-to-medium viscosity blending and rapid liquid turnover.
- Innovative Conical Impellers (Giranti a Coni): These advanced mixing heads leverage a geometric venturi jet acceleration effect.
- By forcing the fluid through hydrodynamic cones, the system generates a high-velocity localized jet stream that radically increases mixing efficiency, shortens batch cycles, and prevents dead zones, particularly when processing highly viscous additives or resins.
